Our home was severely impacted by Superstorm Sandy. Fortunately we referred to James at Ruben and Rosen by a neighbor. There is no way we could have navigated the insurance red tape and nightmare adjusters alone. James and his staff handles everything professionally and compassionately. We were treated like people and not numbers. They dealt with my many neurotic and frustrated( at the adjuster assigned, not them!) emails and calls sympathetically and quickly. The end result – we feel we received a fair settler and we were completely done with or restoration and payments in under ) months. Ruben and Rosen was invaluable.
